I started my career at Chandler in 2002 in the role of production manager. I often wondered if I could be successful in sales and if I would like it. In 2009, the opportunity to make a move presented itself so I took the leap and tried it! I feel my time in production, working closely with the sales and purchasing teams gave me a strong foundation, made the transition fairly smooth. I can’t see myself changing careers again. I love what I do and find my job so rewarding! What keeps me motivated is the feeling I get, not only when closing a sale, but knowing how satisfied my clients are.

I joined Chandler as an Account Manager in the Spring of 2017. My primary focus is Safety Apparel, Corporate Apparel and providing unique Promotional and Recognition Programs. My goal is to deliver the best possible customer experience to Chandler’s customers by providing creative and cost-effective solutions. I believe that what sets Chandler apart from others in the Newfoundland and Labrador market is our ability to provide unique in-house solutions for our customers (on-site manufacturing and tailoring, in-house embroidery, screen-printing and graphic design). All of these factors are what makes Chandler an interesting and unique place to work.

I joined the Chandler team in 2011, bringing with me 10 years of sales and customer service experience. I was able to get my foot in the door at Chandler by starting out as sales support and working hard to ensure our customers were well taken care of and had choices of the best quality branded Apparel & Promotional Products on the market. In all of my work experiences, I have strived to uphold a reputation of being honest, knowledgeable, having the ability to provide quality products and doing what I say I am going to do. Chandler shares these values, which allows me to maintain that level of quality and service for my own customers.

I've been with Chandler for over 18 years. I started out as the warehouse manager at our original branch on Champlain street, back when we were a small team of 6 people. My main philosophy has always been to treat people the way I would want to be treated as a customer. I believe that sales is about building relationships and delivering a high level of customer service. I love the Apparel & Promotional Products industry because my customers enjoy buying these types of products, which in turn makes it fun for me. My job has never felt like work to me, which is why I love what I do.

Throughout those years, I've gained valuable experience in sales and sourcing creative ideas designed to help promote my customers' image with uniforms, employee incentive gifts, and corporate gifts. I'm best known for my exceptional negotiation skills in getting my customers the best products for their events and projects. My strong capability to prioritize, organize, multi-task and achieve objectives in a high volume, fast-paced work environment is what has helped me become successful and gain my customers' trust.

I recently joined the Chandler team as an Account Manager bringing with me 18 years of sales and management experience in the retail industry. My sales and customer service expertise gives me the ability to understand my clients’ needs and deliver the best customer experience possible in the Apparel & Promotional Division of Chandler. I am known for being a very personable individual so it is no surprise that I absolutely love the face to face interaction with clients. It is my personal goal to always create a positive experience for my customers and deliver the best products available.

I joined the Apparel & Promotional Products team in Halifax in 2010. Prior to that, I spent 15 years in the advertising industry, which has helped me understand the power and importance of branding. In my role as account manager, I believe my responsibilities are quite simple: offer THE BEST customer service possible, to every client, every time. That’s what our clients deserve. Although I am a native Haligonian and spent several years in BC, I am very proud to now call Nova Scotia my home and always enjoy the chance to help local businesses promote themselves. My lifelong involvement in team sports has helped me become a true team player and the lessons I've learned through sports have given me the belief that when you help others succeed, individual success will follow along and be even more rewarding.
