My name is Brian Murray and I joined the Chandler Team in 2002. During my 36 years of experience in the sanitation industry, I have worked in many different areas of our business including: inside sales, outside sales, purchasing and management. I am very proud to be the branch manager for Chandler in Sydney, Nova Scotia. I feel very fortunate to work with a wonderful group of people. My goal for each day is to help my co-workers excel in their jobs and to feel as successful as I do.

My name is Chris Arbour and I have had the pleasure of being part of the Chandler team since March of 2010. I joined Chandler as an account manager in our Office Environments division. Since then, I have had the opportunity to advance in my career and now enjoy the role of division manager for our Office Environments and Sanitation divisions. Working for Chandler has been the most rewarding work experience I have encountered in my 34 years in the workforce. I am so blessed to be surrounded by a consummate team of professionals whose sole focus is to wow our customers every day. My name is Dave Randles and I am the purchasing manager for Chandler. Since graduating from St.FX University in 2010, I’ve been fortunate to work for great companies who have allowed me to develop my career while having the opportunity to live in different parts of Atlantic Canada. I began my career with Kent Building Supplies in retail management, store development, and eventually purchasing before joining the Chandler team in 2016. Working with diverse groups of people, and finding new and exciting products are what I love most about my job. Chandler provides a challenging, energetic and collaborative work environment, and I am glad to be part of the team.

Division Manager & Controller
I started at Chandler in 2008 after gaining financial and accounting experience with Kent Building Supplies. I graduated from UNB Fredericton with a Bachelor of Business Administration and then went on to obtain my accounting designation. In 2012, I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Business Administration. I am currently the Controller and I manage the Commercial Communications Division where I strive to ensure our customers are always our top priority. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling with my family, reading and home improvement.

My name is Jake Simon and I have been a part of the Chandler team since November 2015. I began my career with Chandler as the Moncton branch manager and recently have moved into the role of division manager for our Apparel, Industrial, and Safety divisions. Before coming to Chandler, I spent 2 years as the supply chain manager at Kent Homes and 3 years as a purchaser for J.D. Irving, Ltd. in Saint John. The best part about working at Chandler is helping our customers improve their businesses with our superior products and expertise. My Career with J.D. Irving began in 1995. Since that time, I have had the opportunity to experience many different jobs within several JDI divisions. I started with Kent Building Supplies to assist with new store set-up during their early expansion into the box store market. I then worked as a buyer and purchasing manager for a significant part of my career before moving into my current role of general manager at Chandler in 2009. Working at Chandler has been a fantastic experience. We have a great team of people throughout Atlantic Canada who share a common objective of delivering “World Class Customer Service”.

Branch Manager - Moncton
My name is Mark Campbell and I joined Chandler in August, 2017. Prior to Chandler, I worked for Kent Building Supplies at their Distribution Centre. I feel very lucky to be part of a team that is committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. Through my experience of working in a fast paced, high volume distribution centre, I am able to recognize and remove barriers for our sales team. This allows them to continue to build strong relationships with our customers by being solely focused on their needs and wants. It is very rewarding to not just provide clients with products, but to be involved in their problem solving process. I think that is what we do best at Chandler; solve problems and turn customers into strategic partners.
Branch Manager - Mount Pearl
I have been part of the J.D. Irving team since 2012. I began my career with Kent Building Supplies in the setup of the CBS, NL store. I spent the next 18 months in the role of Assistant Manager of the Kelsey Drive location and during that time I assisted in a box store renovation. Prior to accepting the role of Branch Manager of Chandler in Mt. Pearl Newfoundland, I held the position of Manager of Kent Building Supplies for 4 years in the CBS location. I am very excited to now be part of the Chandler team. My goal in this position is to continue building an exceptional Newfoundland team that prides themselves on superior customer service.

Director of Business Development
I have been employed by J.D. Irving Limited since 1997. I have had several roles and responsibilities over the last twenty years with Kent Building Supplies and Chandler. I joined the Chandler team back in 2004 at our head office in Saint John NB. I transferred back to Halifax in 2007, Halifax is where I grew up, went to school and graduated from Saint Mary’s University. I am now the director of business development for Nova Scotia. Chandler is an exciting and rewarding place to work, the company is filled with energetic people who want to work hard for the company and our customers. I enjoy spending my free time with my wife and two boys.
